Connecting with Jordan’s orthodontic community and introducing Aligner Steps GmbH to the Jordanian market
Aligner Steps was proud to participate in the Jordanian 1st Clear Aligner Symposium and 13th Orthodontic Congress, organized by the Jordanian Orthodontic Society (JOS) and held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Amman from 18–20 September 2024. Jordan Open Source Association
The event represented an important milestone for us, bringing together orthodontists, dental professionals, industry partners, and experts for three days focused on education, professional exchange, and the continued development of orthodontics and clear aligner treatment in Jordan.
For Aligner Steps GmbH, it was also an excellent opportunity to strengthen our connection with the Jordanian dental community and introduce doctors to our approach as we expand our presence in the Jordanian market.
Connecting with Doctors and the Orthodontic Community
One of the most valuable parts of the congress was the opportunity to meet and reconnect with doctors from Jordan and the wider region.
Throughout the event, our team had many productive conversations about clear aligner treatment, digital orthodontics, treatment planning, and the evolving expectations of both doctors and patients.
It was equally valuable to hear directly from clinicians about their experiences with clear aligners, the challenges they encounter in daily practice, and what they expect from a clear aligner partner.
For us, these conversations are essential. Aligner Steps is built around the idea that successful clear aligner treatment requires more than simply manufacturing an appliance. It requires close collaboration between the treating doctor and the team supporting the digital treatment planning and production process.
Introducing Aligner Steps GmbH to Jordan
The congress provided an important platform to introduce Aligner Steps GmbH and explain our clear aligner solutions to doctors in Jordan.
During the event, we had the opportunity to discuss our digital workflow, treatment-planning support, doctor portal, clear aligner production, and our approach to supporting clinicians throughout their cases.
Our goal is to provide doctors with a reliable clear aligner treatment partner that combines digital technology, professional treatment-planning support, efficient communication, and high-quality production.
Entering and developing the Jordanian market is an important part of the Aligner Steps journey, and meeting doctors face-to-face allowed us to better understand the needs of the local orthodontic community while introducing the values and services behind our brand.
Education, Innovation and Professional Exchange
Beyond exhibiting and networking, the symposium was a valuable educational experience.
As the first clear aligner symposium in Jordan, the event reflected the growing role of clear aligner therapy within modern orthodontic practice. The congress created an environment where clinicians and industry professionals could exchange knowledge, discuss clinical approaches, and explore developments in orthodontic treatment and technology.
For the Aligner Steps team, participating in these scientific and professional discussions is particularly important. Digital orthodontics continues to evolve, and maintaining close contact with clinicians helps us continuously improve the way we approach treatment planning, clinical support, digital workflows, and product development.
More Than an Exhibition
Events like the Jordanian Orthodontic Congress are about much more than presenting a product.
They give us the opportunity to listen, learn and build relationships.
Meeting doctors in person helps us understand the clinical challenges behind the cases we support every day. It also gives doctors an opportunity to meet the people behind Aligner Steps, discuss their expectations directly with our team, and understand how we work.
We were especially pleased to reconnect with doctors who already knew Aligner Steps while also introducing our solutions to clinicians discovering the company for the first time.
These interactions are an important part of how we want to grow: through long-term professional relationships rather than simply providing a product.
Looking Ahead
Our participation in the Jordanian 1st Clear Aligner Symposium and 13th Orthodontic Congress was an important step in strengthening the presence of Aligner Steps in Jordan.
