Building a Bridge Between Academic Research and Real-World Innovation
We are proud to announce an important milestone for Aligner Steps GmbH: the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the German Jordanian University (GJU) during LEAP 2026 in Riyadh.
The agreement was signed by Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli, President of GJU, and Mohd. Al-Fraijat, Aligner Steps GmbH, marking the beginning of a closer collaboration focused on research, innovation, training, and technology development.
From Research to Practical Solutions
At Aligner Steps, we believe that meaningful innovation happens when academic knowledge meets real-world challenges.
Through this collaboration, we aim to work closely with GJU on research and development projects involving 3D printing, materials design, and digital orthodontic technologies, while also supporting research projects, student initiatives, prototype development, and practical training opportunities.
The partnership creates an exciting environment where researchers, students, clinicians, and our team can exchange knowledge and explore new ideas with the potential to become practical solutions.
Investing in the Future of Digital Orthodontics
For Aligner Steps, this MoU represents more than an academic partnership. It is part of our long-term commitment to continuously develop our technology, strengthen our R&D capabilities, and contribute to innovation within digital orthodontics.
Signing the agreement at LEAP 2026 made the occasion particularly meaningful, bringing together our German-Jordanian collaboration within one of the region’s major technology and innovation gatherings.
We look forward to working alongside the German Jordanian University, its researchers, faculty, and students, and to seeing the ideas and projects that will emerge from this partnership.
A new step in research. A new step in innovation. And another important step forward for Aligner Steps GmbH.
